Stir Fry Cafe Trip ... March 2007
On Saturday, 10th March, 2007, 23 intrepid travellers,
including:-
- Graham and Denise Baldwin
- Sonya Baldwin
- Steven Baldwin and Kylie
- Grant and Sue Beckett
- Allen and Laurel Boughen
- Ross Hall
- Alan and M Hughston
- Rod and Mary Metcalfe
- Dick and Margaret Stoppelbein
- Peter and Elaine Warren
- Margaret and Don Williamson and Camilla
- David and Loretta Young
set off on a
trip to the exotic Orient, their final destination the Stir Fry Cafe at
Jindalee.
On the way
many exciting adventures were had. Our brave travellers firstly had to sail
through the large Chicken and Corn Soup Ocean. Their troubles were not over
yet, for then they had to climb the spectacular Main Course Mountains, including
such great peaks as Spring Roll, Sweet and Sour Pork, Special Fried Rice, Beef
and Black Bean, etc. Our weary bunch was rewarded at the end of their travels,
with a soothing trip through the Lychee and Ice Cream Forest and a cruise on the
peaceful Tea and Coffee Lake.
Needless to
say, an epic adventure was had by all, one that all travellers would be eager to
repeat.
