Club equipment must be booked in advance and collected from the Property Officer at the meeting prior to a club trip.

It is strongly recommended that any club member should complete the Driver Awareness Program (DAP) before using the club winches and associated equipment to ensure that this equipment is used safely and competently before a club trip.

Trip leaders are only to be allocated the handheld CB radios for communication between themselves and club members during a club trip. All club members should provide their own vehicle mounted or handheld CB’s for club trips.

It is the responsibility of any club member who last used any club equipment to advise the Property Officer of any damages sustained or parts missing.
