About the Club
The Mitsubishi 4WD Owners Club
of Qld (Inc)
was established in 1986. Our Club offers an opportunity for people with
Mitsubishi 4WD vehicles and other 4WD vehicles to be involved in recreational activities as a
group. Trips are conducted by the Club into relatively inaccessible places
where members can participate in activities such as camping, bushwalking,
sight-seeing, fishing or photography. A large number of our members are
families and our activities are designed to cater for all tastes and age
groups. This is a particularly friendly Club, and long term members are
always willing to help new members with their experience and expertise.
Activities are organised by Club members and co-ordinated by the Club
Committee. Our Club is affiliated with
4WD Queensland
and through them with the federal body. We are also associated with the
Tread Lightly Organisation.
The Club is linked strongly with
Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd,
who also support our sister Mitsubishi Clubs in other states.

Driver skills education, both for novices and
more experienced drivers.
Regular trips in South-East Queensland and
further afield (day trips, weekend trips, and extended trips).
Social functions.
Club meetings which regularly feature talks
from experts in a wide range of fields.
A range of benefits have been negotiated with several
local firms in the automotive, accessory/equipment and other related
industries. The Club also produces a monthly magazine which is distributed
