RICE PUDDING CAMP OVEN STYLEPlace 11/2 cups of rice into a 12 inch camp oven and add enough milk to cover the rice. Add sugar to taste and bring to the boil slowly stirring all the time to prevent the rice sticking to the bottom. Simmer for 10 minutes. Take off the heat for 15 minutes. Sprinkle nutmeg over the rice and replace lid. Cover the lid with coals and brown to suit. The Kamp C®ook |
