Annual Christmas Party Woodford

Driving: Separate Trip Events to be listed by Trip Coordinator closer to the event, or at the event in paper form!

Breakfast: Free bacon & egg breakfast Sunday morning. Please purchase the free tickets for this so we can get numbers for catering.

Our awards night will also be neatly woven into these festivities. I’ve got it on good authority that Santa has been given our coordinates and will appear.

The theme for this year's Saturday festivities is "Casual Christmas"

Please bring table decorations for the evening. The table layout will be slightly different than previous years so be prepared for large tables to share.

Volunteers are needed for a number of roles over the weekend. Please contact the event coordinators (Brad W & James H) if you would like to get involved.

 We are excited to announce FX Band as our live entertainment for the evening. https://fxband.com.au/listen We can confirm they are spectacular performers and will have us up dancing the night away.

The Saturday Night dinner will be a banquet-styled dining experience near the showground's large pavilion a live band and a 3-course Spit-Roast style meal. BYO drinks and alcohol. You are welcome to BYO meal and dine with the club if the below menu doesn’t suit.

Dinner Menu:

• Cold nibbles to start (platters of dips, breads 'n crackers, vegetable sticks)
• Three spit roasts(GF) (chicken, pork and beef) served with delicious hot gravy(GF) and sauces to suit
• Vegan lasagne for vegetarian or dietary requirements
• Fresh salads and vegetables(GF), bread and hot jacket potatoes
• Pavlova(GF), chocolate cake and cheesecake for dessert.

Dinner prices:

$36.90 adults (includes dietary requirements), $18.45 children (4-10yrs), under 4’s free

Camp bookings – fees per night

Powered site: $25 per couple, $20 single

Unpowered site: $20 per couple, $15 single

Children < 10yrs free

Additional person: $5

Please note when purchasing tickets, that if you are staying 4 nights as a couple, for example, you will need to purchase 4 x couple powered or unpowered tickets dependent on how you want to camp. 

Check in will start from 11am on Thursday 28/11/24. - We do require a couple of volunteers to help park vans. If you are looking at coming on Thursday and can help out, we would love to hear from you. 

We will be offering refunds up to 14 days before the event. After that, we will be locked in with all our suppliers and will not be able to provide refunds. (Note that the default refund policy on your registration confirmation states 7 days for a refund, but this is incorrect).
