The Nindigully Pub Pig Races are one of outback Queensland’s most iconic charity events, combining quirky pig racing with live music, markets, auctions, raffles, fireworks and family-friendly entertainment. Held annually on the banks of the Moonie River, the festival attracts thousands of visitors while raising vital funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service, celebrating country hospitality, community spirit and unforgettable outback fun.

• Be sure to come early and check out the new Fundraising Friday! Enjoy charity events and free live music after you snag yourself a spot in the free camping area along the Moonie River in front of the Pub.
• In 2025 we smashed our goal and raised over $113K for the Royal Flying Doctor service! Let’s raise that bar this year and have a great time while we do it!
• Adult tickets for the Saturday events are $50 and can be purchased at the gate from 10am Saturday 3rd October. For kids under 15, entry is free. The first race kicks off at 12pm sharp.

• There is free camping provided by the Balonne Shire Council behind the pub.
• All sites are unpowered.
