Annual General Meeting and General Meeting

Evening Program:

1. 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Arrival, social catch-up, dinner, and drinks.
2. 7:30 PM: Official start of the AGM.
3. Annual General Meeting (AGM): Conducted first.
4. General Meeting: Immediately follows the AGM.

Location:

• The Junction Hotel, CNR IPSWICH & ANNERLEY RD, ANNERLEY.
• There are car parks at the hotel, or we can use the church car park across the road, or there is on-street parking.

Meals before the meeting:

• Meals are available for purchase all day, from the restaurant or beer garden.
• Dinner is on the deck closest to the car-park, before you get to the bar area :-).
• Wednesday is parmi night, so if you buy a drink you can get a basic parmi meal for $20, from 5:00 PM.
• Food menu

Meeting:

• We will gather for the AGM upstairs at 7:30 PM in the Heritage Room.
• Please sign in and avail yourself of the raffle draw tickets while waiting for the meeting to commence.
• We will have a guest speaker from Aeson Power attending the meeting to do a presentation on Sodium-Ion Battery technologies.
